Submersible mixers use grease or lubricating oil for lubrication, but due to seal wear, grease or lubricating oil may leak out. At that time, please quickly send the submersible mixer to our company's maintenance department or commissioned repair point to replace the seal, in order to avoid burning out the motor.

When the power is not cut off, the submersible mixer must not be moved and people are not allowed to enter the water.

The QJB submersible mixer can be divided into two series: mixing and low-speed push flow.

The mixing series mixer is suitable for mixing liquids containing suspended solids in sewage treatment plants and industrial processes;

The low-speed push flow series mixer is suitable for aeration tanks in industrial and urban sewage treatment plants. It produces strong water flow with low tangential flow, which can be used for circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages to create water flow.

The mixer should be able to operate continuously and normally under the following conditions:

1. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 40 ° C;

2. The pH value of the medium is between 5 and 9;

3. Liquid density not exceeding 1150kg/m3;

4. Long term diving operation, with a diving depth generally not exceeding 20m.

Note:

1. The installation system of the submersible mixer can quickly install and dismantle the submersible mixer without the need to discharge sewage from the pool;

2. Installation System I is only applicable to small submersible mixers with pool depths less than 4m, and models include 0.37kw, 0.55kw, 0.75kw, 0.85kw, and 1.5kw. I-1 can be adjusted in both horizontal and vertical directions;

3. Installation systems II, III, IV, and VI are suitable for pool depths ≥ 4m. The guide rod can rotate around the axis of the guide rod in the horizontal direction, with a large angle of -60 °~+60 °
