Selection:

The primary criterion for selection is to enable it to fully utilize its functions, with confirmation and speed being the top priority. According to different requirements of sewage treatment plants, the inlet speed should be maintained at 0.15-0.3m/s. If it is lower than 0.15, the expected mixing effect cannot be achieved. If it exceeds 0.3m/s, it directly affects the process effect, and more importantly, it forms unnecessary. Therefore, when selecting a submersible thruster, we first need to confirm where it is used, such as in biochemical tanks, sludge tanks, anaerobic tanks, etc. Secondly, we need to consider the parameters of the medium, such as temperature, viscosity, pH value, and more, such as the depth and standards of the water tank. For detailed design of the device, we need to refer to the on-site design drawings.

The maintenance schedule is divided into two groups, A and B, based on wear and tear, with specific times as follows:

A、 No or slight wear and tear, every 8000 working hours or once a year, every five years or every 50000 working hours;

B、 Serious wear and tear, every 4000 working hours or once a year, every two years or every 20000 working hours, or when it is pointed out during inspection that it must be treated
Note:

1. When conducting a thorough inspection of the impeller, it should be done in the maintenance workshop;

2. By using an ammeter, the possibility of blockage can be detected.

3. Be sure to pay attention to checking the impeller. If the impeller is severely worn and causes the leading edge to be unbalanced, the motor will be overloaded due to blockage.
