Trial operation:

Excessive current consumption may be caused by strong viscosity or high concentration of the liquid, or by improper adjustment of the submersible mixer. Check if the submersible mixer is oscillating.
Excessive agitation in a small capacity pool, imbalance of the impeller, or lack of coordination between the inflow and outflow of liquid caused by the air rolled up by the impeller, may result in oscillation and vibration,

Structure Introduction:
The QJB submersible mixer mainly consists of an equipment host, installation system, and electrical control equipment.
The QJB submersible mixer can be divided into high-speed mixing submersible mixer and low-speed push flow submersible mixer according to its functional form. High speed hybrid submersible mixers are divided into direct coupled stamping submersible mixers and non direct coupled submersible mixers according to their structural characteristics. The low-speed push flow submersible mixer belongs to the non direct flow submersible mixer.
The hybrid series QJB submersible mixer is divided into casting mixer and stamping mixer according to its blade forming method. The blades (impellers) of the casting mixer are formed by casting, and the material of the body shell is generally cast iron. The blades of the stamping mixer are formed by stamping, and the material of the body shell is stainless steel.
