Precautions and maintenance:

2. Observe the trajectory of the liquid level during the operation of the mixer, and adjust it promptly if it is abnormal.

3. Observe the vibration condition of the fixing rod of the mixer. If the vibration is too large, it needs to be lifted for inspection.

4. The mixer must run completely below the liquid level, and there should be no vortex above the mixer during operation.

5. When the liquid level is below the top of the agitator and a vortex is formed, the agitator is not allowed to operate for a long time.

6. Regularly check the sealing condition of the equipment, and promptly consult the manufacturer for maintenance if the sealing is poor.

Working Principle:

This machine is mainly composed of circular grille, vertical crusher, electric control box, etc.

Driven by the driving components, the toothed rake of the circular grid moves in a circular motion to transport the water debris intercepted by the circular grid bars to the crusher, while the water flows through the grid. The driving components of the crusher drive the main shaft to rotate, and at the same time, the main shaft drives the driven shaft to rotate through precision gears, causing the milling cutter fixed on both shafts to rotate in reverse and crush solid objects.
