The SYZ series quartz sub boiling distilled water extractor is a fully enclosed quartz glass instrument for extracting high-purity water. Based on the principle of thermal radiation, it evaporates and condenses to produce high-purity water by maintaining the liquid phase temperature below the boiling point temperature. During the purification process, sterile and heat free ultrapure water is produced due to the high temperature of the condensation space. The heating wire is enclosed in a shell and receives water without coming into contact with air. The entire purification process is not affected by environmental pollution.
The SYZ series quartz sub boiling distilled water purifier is a cylindrical, horizontal standard grinding mouth fully enclosed quartz glass instrument system. It consists of three parts: a purifier, a quartz water storage bottle, and an instrument working rack.
The SYZ series quartz sub boiling distilled water purifier uses high-purity quartz as the substrate, and uses the principle of thermal radiation to maintain the liquid phase temperature below the boiling point temperature for evaporation and condensation to produce high-purity water, which effectively solves the problem of vapor-liquid separation. Compared with ion exchange method, electrodialysis method, and distillation method, the water quality purity is higher. Atomic absorption spectrometer, plasma spectrometer, UB-240 spectrophotometer, high-pressure liquid chromatography analyzer, and polarograph have been used to detect heavy metal elements Cu, Pb, Cd, and Zn. It has been proven that high-purity water produced using a "still" meets the requirements of current sensitive trace analysis methods for water quality. In the high-pressure liquid phase gradient test, the blank value and stability issues that could not be solved by the requirements of the heavy evaporation deionization final energy test and the UV-240 spectrophotometer using distilled water and deionized water were met due to the use of this product, which meets the design standard requirements.
