RFID pharmaceutical cold chain logistics monitoring system
Throughout the entire pharmaceutical cold chain logistics process, there are strict requirements for the production and storage of drugs, outbound loading, authorized transportation of goods by drivers, monitoring of temperature and humidity inside the vehicle during transportation, and delivery inspection upon arrival at the destination. When the temperature and humidity inside the vehicle are not within the range of drug storage temperature and humidity, the properties of the drugs will change, and the consequences will be unimaginable. Zhikuan Information proposed a pharmaceutical cold chain logistics temperature and humidity monitoring system based on RFID+GPRS+GPS, which combines advanced active RFID technology and wireless communication technology to provide detailed and real-time management of products.

The technological advantages of RFID
RFID technology is relatively mature and has a good application foundation. Industrial gas cylinders and retail safety management systems using RFID technology have the characteristics of being safer, more anti-counterfeit, easier to track equipment, less likely to be lost, more efficient in operation, and more transparent and visible in management compared to traditional management methods. Some applications have been adopted by developed countries. This system innovates temperature monitoring methods through advanced RFID technology, solving the drawbacks of poor operability, high labor costs, and high error rates of existing monitoring equipment. Through appropriate temperature management, it ensures that drugs are transported to their destination on time and in good quality, and meticulously and real-time manages the quality of drugs. It can easily solve the problem of drug deterioration in the circulation process.
