The SciAps XRF analyzer is the 5th generation handheld XRF analyzer developed by a team led by Dr. Don Sackett from the United States, using new hardware and software. The detector of this instrument has been optimized and upgraded with core algorithms, which greatly improves the repeatability of important indicators of the instrument.
