The sixth generation SPECTROMAXX further improves analytical performance and reduces operating costs. SPECTROMAXX is available in two configurations: desktop and floor standing, with three different test ranges to choose from. All important elements in metals can be detected, including trace amounts of C, P, S, and N. It is possible to set working curves for dozens of elements in nearly ten substrates (including iron-based, aluminum based, copper based, nickel based, chromium based, titanium based, magnesium based, zinc based, tin based, and lead based). It covers quantitative analysis of non-metallic and metallic elements in common metals.
The SPECRTOMAXx direct reading spectrometer from the German company SPECTRO is easy and convenient to operate. Spark table realizes intelligent logical tracing and standardization of single standard samples. Operators can devote more energy to sample analysis, greatly reducing preparation time. Optimized argon flow can avoid spark table contamination. The ICAL intelligent logic calibration system simultaneously achieves intelligent logic tracing and standardization, and saves time in the recalibration process.

One feature of the SPECTROMAXX spark table is that it reduces maintenance workload and reduces argon gas consumption by nearly half. By selecting appropriate sample fixtures, wire and thin sheet samples can be analyzed.

The optical system and all related components of SPECTROMAXX are sealed inside the FALCON optical structure to avoid interference caused by dust or vibration. The readout system can accurately process input data simultaneously, and its processing speed is 50 times faster than previous systems. In this way, the analysis time is shortened and the analysis accuracy is improved. According to different analysis requirements, the wavelength range of analyzable elements ranges from 140nm to 670nm.

All chemical elements that need to be analyzed in the metal industry can be determined, including trace amounts of carbon (C), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), and especially nitrogen (N) element analysis. Equipped with a relatively complete working curve, suitable for analyzing corresponding substrates (metal substrates) such as Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Co, Ti, Mg, Zn, Pb, Sn. Covering the entire range of elemental analysis, analysis elements can be selected according to specific needs.
