1Viscosity analyzerIntroduction
S-Flow IV+Viscosity analyzerIt is specifically designed and developed for measuring the kinematic viscosity of lubricating oil, fully complying with ASTM D7279 and ASTM D2270 standards.Viscosity analyzerIt has the characteristics of fast detection speed, simple operation, and environmental protection.
New Generation S-Flow IV+Viscosity analyzerIt has two independent constant temperature oil baths, each of which can accommodate two Houillon type viscosity tubes (a total of four viscosity tubes can be installed). Two constant temperature oil baths work independently and can be set to the same working temperature or different working temperatures. The temperature control range of each constant temperature bath is 20-120 ℃. At the same time, the new generation S-Flow IV+can also be upgraded with dual solvent cleaning function and dual measurement function (one injection can obtain two viscosity measurement results and automatically take the average).
The new generation S-Flow IV+viscosity analyzer is equipped with a 12 inch color touch screen control system, which realizes virtual visualization of the detection process. All system parameters, such as preheating time, cleaning parameters, calibration parameters, automatic sampling system parameters, and oil sample information to be tested, can be set through the color touch system, without the need for an external control computer to achieve all system parameter settings and data management.
