The SDL-W horizontal ultra large quantity wet pulverizer is also designed for wet pulverization of ultra large quantities of materials, but this equipment is different in structural form from the SDL-L wet pulverizer. It has a certain pumping capacity and reduces the use of one pump to better meet the different needs of customers for pulverizers.
The advantage of this device lies in the use of multiple layers and levels of fixed rotors, which enable the material to achieve sufficient crushing, dispersion, and homogenization after being subjected to strong physical effects such as shear force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration. Compared with traditional dry grinding processes, this equipment has more convenient feeding and metering, and greatly reduces losses.
