SWH-OL online high shear homogenizer is a device used for homogenizing and emulsifying liquid materials (liquid-liquid phase or liquid-solid phase). This device can process materials in an online loop and effectively emulsify and homogenize them under the shear and grinding forces generated by the high-speed operation of the stator and rotor.
Online high shear homogenizer is mainly used in food and daily chemical industry, which can process a large number of lotion and generate ultra-fine suspension lotion. Due to the online circulation processing of materials, a very narrow particle size distribution can be obtained, resulting in smaller droplets and particles, thus improving the stability of the generated mixture.
