SDY-Online Monitoring System for Mechanical Characteristics of 1000 Type Circuit BreakerMainly used for online monitoring of the mechanical performance of circuit breakers in switchgear, it can timely understand the mechanical performance of circuit breakers without damaging the original structure. When abnormalities occur, it can be maintained in a timely manner, reducing accidental losses caused by circuit breaker failures and providing a basis for the status maintenance of switchgear.
(1) Basic functions
(1) Record the waveform of the opening/closing coil current and energy storage motor current during the process of circuit breaker opening/closing, analyze and obtain key parameters such as the on/off time of the coil and the on/off time of the motor.
(2) Analyze the wear and degradation trend of the energy storage transmission structure by combining the amplitude changes of the current waveform of the energy storage motor.
(2) Optional Features
Indirectly measure the stroke of the moving contact by measuring the rotation angle of the main shaft during the opening and closing of the circuit breaker.
