This series of lifting resistance furnaces are all operated on a periodic basis. Designed for high-temperature sintering, pre firing, and rubber extrusion processes such as melting high-purity glass, sintering and baking ceramics, magnetic materials, electronic components, etc. This furnace adopts a full fiber furnace, which has outstanding advantages of fast temperature rise and fall speed and energy saving. There are also furnace lining materials made of corundum mullite or mullite lightweight bricks, which are selected according to different furnace temperatures. They have the characteristics of high temperature resistance and long service life, and can meet the sintering requirements of various process curves. They are very suitable for small-scale production and trial production in factories and research institutions. The complete supply range of this series of equipment includes temperature controllers, thermocouples, compensation wires, etc. The temperature control adopts thyristor control, the heating element adopts silicon carbon rod, and PlD advanced programmable automatic control has protection functions such as over temperature, strictly controlling the firing process of the product.
