Product Introduction
The SWS-2L two-stage wet ultrafine pulverizer is suitable for ultrafine pulverization of food materials such as grains, fruits, vegetables, seasoning materials, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, etc. with high moisture content and certain fluidity, especially for the pulverization of tough materials such as soft fibers and skin residue. It solves the problem that traditional wet pulverization equipment (such as grinding wheel mills, colloid mills, and high-pressure homogenizers) cannot wet finely pulverize fiber based tough materials. The multi-layer fixed rotor cuts and crushes fiber materials at ultra-high linear speeds, and introduces advanced cutting and crushing concepts from the United States. The successful application of the equipment has raised the field of shear crushing processing technology to a higher level, meeting some high-end crushing and homogenization processing requirements in the fields of food, medicine, daily chemical, etc.
