The SWS-CX high-speed ultra shear micro disperser is developed to effectively disperse powder clusters and agglomerates that are difficult to produce in the production of various nanomaterials. The equipment fully utilizes the strong effect of mechanical shear force on the depolymerization of powder clusters and agglomerates, and has made significant structural improvements. Its stator is designed as a three-layer structure, and the rotor is designed as three layers, using an impeller to provide the centrifugal force required for material entry and exit.
The disperser can be directly integrated into the material synthesis process, which allows the wet grinding process to be carried out simultaneously with other processes, thereby eliminating subsequent steps. In addition to saving time, the required number of systems and the surface size of the products in contact can be significantly reduced.
