1. [Flange ball valve]Introduction:
A ball valve without a fixed shaft is called a floating ball valve, also known as a floating ball valve. There are two valve seat sealing rings inside the valve body of a floating ball valve, and a ball is clamped between them. The ball has a through-hole, and the diameter of the through-hole is equal to the inner diameter of the pipeline, which is called a full diameter ball valve; The diameter of the through-hole is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline, which is called a reduced diameter ball valve. The sphere can freely rotate in the valve seat sealing ring with the help of the valve stem. When opened, the ball hole is aligned with the diameter of the pipeline to ensure the minimum resistance of the working medium in the pipeline. When the valve stem rotates 1/4 turn, the ball hole is perpendicular to the passage of the valve. With the pre tightening force and medium pressure applied to the two valve seat sealing rings, the ball is tightly pressed against the valve seat sealing ring at the outlet end, ensuring complete sealing of the valve. This type of ball valve belongs to single-sided forced sealing.
