1.Flange low-temperature ball valveIntroduction:

There are two types of valve cover designs for forged steel low-temperature valves. The first type is the bolt type valve cover, which is designed in this way. The valve body and valve cover are connected by bolts and nuts, and sealed with a spiral wound gasket (31 6 clip flexible graphite manufacturing). When customers have special requirements, metal rings can also be used for connection. The second design form is a welded valve cover. According to this design form, the valve body and valve cover are connected by threads and fully welded sealed. When customers have special requirements, full soldering connections can also be used. Sluice valves, globe valves, and ball valves can all be designed as low-temperature valves. In order to be used at low temperatures of -196 ℃ (320oF), valves are generally designed with elongated valve covers.

Design Structure and Features:
Low temperature ball valves comply with API602, MSS-SP-118, and BS6364. Inspection and testing shall follow API598, and marking shall follow MSS-SP-25.
