1.Slope ball valveStructural features:
1. The unique structural seal makes the inclined ball valve more reliable, also known as the "wedge ball valve", which adopts a new type of integral upper structure. The sealing surfaces of the two valve seats are designed as wedge-shaped slopes, and there is a spring on the upper part of the sphere. Under the action of spring force, the sealing surface of the valve seat is tightly adhered to the sphere, forming a reliable seal.
2. The protruding shoulder structure of the valve stem can prevent detachment and ensure upper sealing performance. The lower end of the valve stem is equipped with a protruding shoulder, which can prevent the valve stem from coming out when the pressure inside the valve body rises abnormally. Under the action of spring and medium force, the valve stem shoulder compresses the gasket, forming an upper sealing effect.
3. Advanced fire-resistant and anti-static structures are equipped with fire-resistant metal rings between the sphere and the valve seat. After the accidental fire, the valve seat was burned, and the metal ring pressed against the sphere to provide a sealing effect. Ensure the safety of the system and prevent major accidents from occurring. The pre tensioning spring on the upper part of the sphere can guide the static electricity generated by the friction between the sphere and the valve seat into the ground through a wire. Prevent sparks generated by static electricity from igniting flammable and explosive media, ensuring the safety of the system.
4. The opening and closing force of the valve is small, and it is easy to install and maintain. The sealing of the valve stem packing box adopts a packing plane and a valve stem shoulder
