Based on the characteristics of production processes in foreign cement plants, and after multiple tests and surface usage over time, we have found that recrystallization thermocouples have the advantages of long service life, good shock resistance, high thermal conductivity, oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, no nodule formation, no slag formation, and easy installation and use. They can be used in special temperature measurement applications ranging from 600 to 1200 ℃, and are irreplaceable by thermocouple protection tubes made of materials such as corundum, high aluminum, graphite, and oxide silicon carbide in China.


The selection is divided into: special grade wear-resistant head, first grade wear-resistant head, and second grade wear-resistant head
Special grade wear-resistant heads are often used in the furnace head and tail of cement plants, which are the severely worn parts in cement plants. The usual service life is about one month, and the price is relatively high; The first level wear-resistant head is used in the furnace head and tail for about 20 days, and can be used in the furnace for about 15 days; The secondary wear-resistant head is also a regular wear-resistant head, with low cost, and can be used in the furnace for about a week.
