Side mounted densitometerIt is a device used for continuous online measurement of liquid density, widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, food, and pharmaceuticals. It has the characteristics of easy installation, simple maintenance, high precision, and stability.

Working Principle:Side mounted densitometerMainly based on the principles of differential pressure, static pressure, and Archimedes' principle. Differential pressure densitometer calculates density by measuring the static pressure difference of a fluid under specific conditions, and is suitable for flowing or stationary liquids. The static pressure densitometer utilizes the relationship between the static pressure and density of a liquid, usually using the double flange differential pressure method, to overcome the influence of liquid flow on measurement. Archimedes' principle states that the buoyancy of an object in a fluid is equal to the gravity of the fluid it displaces. Density meters are designed based on this principle and are suitable for measuring the density of various liquids

Application field: In the petroleum industry, it is used for density measurement in processes such as petroleum, refining, and oil blending. In the field of chemical engineering, it is suitable for density measurement of various liquids or liquid mixtures. In the food industry, it is used for density testing in beverage industries such as grape juice and tomato juice. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used for density measurement in the drug production process. In addition, it can also be used in the paper industry, mining industry, biopharmaceuticals and other fields.


Technical parameters: The density measurement range is usually 0-1.5g/cm ³, 0-2.0g/cm ³, 0-3.0g/cm ³, etc. The accuracy level is generally 0.2 level, and the resolution can reach 0.001g/cm ³. The working voltage is generally DC18.5-45VDC, with 24VDC commonly used and customized 220VAC power supply available in special circumstances. The working temperature range is -30-150 ℃, and the ambient humidity is 5-90% RH. The output signal is mostly 4-20mA current and can be overlaid with digital signals (such as HART protocol)
