A single flange liquid level transmitter is an on-site transmitter installed on pipelines or containers, which directly contacts the liquid medium without the need for pressure pipes. It is suitable for measuring the liquid level, pressure, and density of high temperature, high viscosity, easy crystallization, strong corrosion and other media. The flange standard is in accordance with ANSI, with grades of 150LB (2.5MPa) and 300LB (5.0MPa). The liquid receiving membrane materials include 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, and tantalum "t ǎ n1". They can meet different anti-corrosion requirements. The output signal is 4-20mA

Single flange level transmitters can accurately measure the liquid level and density of various containers, with two types: flat flange and plug-in flange, suitable for measuring high viscosity media or suspended liquids. The installation flange standard of TN3851LT single flange liquid level transmitter is in accordance with ANSI. The flange has 3 'and 4' specifications, and the flange grades are 150LB (2.5MPa) and 300LB (5.0MPa). The flange installation dimensions are shown in the following chart. If the user adopts the GB9116-88 standard, please specify DN=80, 100, PN=2MPa. Due to the thin isolation membrane, it is a weak link in corrosion resistance. Therefore, the materials for the liquid film sheet include 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, tantalum, etc., which can be suitable for different anti-corrosion requirements. The corrosion resistance reference table in the appendix can be selected reasonably according to the concentration, humidity, pressure and other parameters of the measured medium. For situations with strong corrosiveness, anti-corrosion structure transmitters can be selected. If not specified by the user, the flange and liquid receiving membrane material 316L with a capacity of 3'150LB shall be supplied.
