Overview
The forced concrete mixer includes a mixing drum, which is equipped with a mixing shaft. The mixing shafts at both ends of the mixing drum are each equipped with an edge arm for cleaning the end wall surface. A set of spiral arranged mixing arms is installed on both sides of the midpoint of the mixing shaft between the two arms. Both sets of mixing arms are arranged from the end arm to the middle arm in the axial direction and from the end arm to the middle arm in the rotational direction. The top of each mixing arm is fixed with mixing blades, and the arrangement of the two arms in the rotational direction is respectively behind the end arm of the mixing arm on the same side
Product Details

The forced concrete mixer includes a mixing drum, which is equipped with a mixing shaft. The mixing shafts at both ends of the mixing drum are each equipped with a side arm for cleaning the end wall surface. A set of spiral arranged mixing arms is installed on both sides of the midpoint of the mixing shaft between the two arms. Both sets of mixing arms are arranged from the end arm to the middle arm in the axial direction and from the end arm to the middle arm in the rotational direction. The top of each mixing arm is fixed with a mixing blade, and the arrangement of the two arms in the rotational direction is respectively behind the end arm of the mixing arm on the same side.

Notes:

(1) The concrete aggregates for mixing should be strictly screened, and the maximum particle size should not exceed the allowable value to prevent material jamming. The material added to the mixing drum during each mixing should not exceed the specified feeding capacity to avoid power overload.

(2) The gap between the mixing blades and the bottom and side walls of the mixing drum should be checked regularly to ensure compliance with the specified requirements. When the gap exceeds the standard, it will cause the residual material layer adhered to the cylinder wall and bottom to be too thick, making it difficult to clean and reducing the mixing efficiency. If the mixing blades wear out, they should be adjusted, repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

Operating procedures:

1. Before starting, first check whether there is any scraping or collision between the rotating part and the material cylinder. If there is any scraping or collision, it should be adjusted in a timely manner.

2. The gearbox should be filled with engine oil before use, and the discharge worm gear and sliding bearings should also be filled with engine oil.

3. Clean up the impurities in the material cylinder, lock the cylinder limit device, and then start the machine. If the running direction does not meet the requirements after starting, the power should be cut off in a timely manner, and any two phase wires of the wire should be swapped before restarting.

4. Load the concrete mixture into the drum, close the drum cover, and adjust the timing of the time relay according to the mixing time (must be adjusted under power-off conditions).

5. Press the start button, and the main shaft will drive the mixing shovel to operate. After reaching the set time, it will automatically stop.

6. When unloading, first stop the machine, then release the handle that restricts the position of the material, and then rotate the handwheel. The worm gear drives the material cylinder to rotate to a position that is convenient for discharging, stop rotating, and then start the machine to make the main shaft run before discharging the material. Stop the main shaft running until the material is completely discharged, and rotate the handwheel to reset the material cylinder.

7. Clean the material cylinder by pouring water into the feeding cylinder to make the main shaft run and clean the residual material in the cylinder or using sand to clean it.
