Testing steps for 9210 silicon meter photometer
-Enter the menu MAIN/MAINTENANCE/THE PUMPS/DAIN ON and drain the water from the measuring tank
-Enter the menu MAIN/MAINTENANCE/VALVE/VALVE 7 on to fill the measuring tank with water, close valve 7VALVE 7 off
-Open solenoid valve 1 VALVE 1 ON. Wait until the overflow cup is filled with water
-Enter the photometric detection menu Main/MAINTENANCE/HOTOMETER TEST
-When entering this menu, the sample water valve automatically opens and the sample water enters the measuring tank
-After the water in the overflow cup enters the measuring tank, press MES: At this time, the voltage value should be stable at 3500+/-20 mV
-If the voltage value is stable at this time but not 3500+/-20 mV
-Click BLACK: Its value should be 0.008+/-0.002
-Press REF: The instrument will automatically adjust the LED voltage and provide a reference voltage of 3500 mV. At this time, the LED voltage should be between 3500 and 7000
-If the LED voltage is not between 3500 and 7000 We need to clean the measuring tank.
-If the voltage value is unstable, the measuring slot should also be cleaned.
-If the voltage value stabilizes at 3500+/-20mV at this time
-Enter the menu MAIN/MAINTENANCE/THE PUMPS/PUMP 1 on and add 5 drops of R1.
-Return to the photometric detection menu Main/MAINTENANCE/HOTOMETER TEST
-Press MES and wait for 2-3 minutes.
-If the voltage value is unstable, it indicates that sodium molybdate has reacted with some impurities in the measuring tank. Therefore, the measuring tank should also be cleaned.
