  INGESCO - PDC series pre discharge lightning rod from Spain

The PDC series early discharge lightning rod mainly absorbs and stores energy from the natural electric field through exciters. The reflector reflector and lightning arrester needle tip have a good electrical connection with the ground and are in an equipotential state. When there is an electric field strength between the exciter and the reflector, the electric field strength will increase rapidly before lightning flashes occur. The potential difference between the exciter and the reactor is roughly equivalent to the potential of the thunderstorm and the ground. The rapid increase in voltage drop between them will cause ignition at the tip and ionize the air around the tip, forming a tip discharge phenomenon.

PDC series early discharge lightning rod product features:

    Instructions:

    The protection radius RP is the protection radius corresponding to the lightning rod installed on the protected plane at a height of h. D is the distance of electric shock, determined by the protected object. For Class I, II, and III protected objects, the values of D are 20M, 45M, and 60M.

    H is the installation height of the lightning rod, which is the height from the tip of the lightning rod to the top plane of the protected object.

    L=V × △ T, V is given by the laboratory as V=1.06m/us.
