It mainly consists of a main servo linear actuator, hydraulic chuck and its hydraulic drive module, a set of constant pressure servo pump station (flow rate of 40L/min, system pressure of 21MPa), a fully digital single channel servo controller, as well as computer printers, related experimental software, and other necessary accessories.

1. Host: The host adopts a dual column structure, and the servo linear actuator is placed inside the host structure. Forcing hydraulic clamps to be installed separately on the top of the crossbeam and actuator piston rod. The adjustment of the host crossbeam adopts a hydraulic lifting, hydraulic clamping, and elastic release structure to ensure the stability and reliability of the crossbeam during the experiment, and to ensure that the crossbeam remains locked and immovable in non experimental states. The outer surface of the column is treated with electroplated hard chromium, which can effectively enhance the column's wear resistance, improve its corrosion resistance, and add a beautiful appearance to the host.

The main unit of the experimental machine has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible lifting and lowering of the crossbeam, high frame stiffness, reliable specimen clamping, good centering, and convenient clamping. It can also be equipped with various fixtures and environmental experimental devices to expand experimental functions.

2. Actuator:

The servo linear actuator is the core component of the experimental machine, which outputs experimental force through the actuator. Using our own skills to design and manufacture, the actuator is built into the lower part of the host and consists of the actuator body, hydraulic control module, and sensors.

3. Forced hydraulic chuck:

The forced hydraulic chuck is composed of a chuck and a hydraulic drive module. The function of the hydraulic chuck is to clamp the test piece, consisting of clamping details, clamping pistons, jaws, and related accessories. The clamping cylinder is embedded in the clamping details, using a bidirectional clamping method to ensure the coaxiality of the sample regardless of changes in sample thickness. The clamping piston and clamp are meticulously matched, resulting in a smaller cooperation gap and a longer service life of the clamp.

4. Constant pressure servo pump station:

The pump station is primarily composed of a base plate, oil tank, oil pump motor assembly, valve block, pipeline, cooling system, and other parts. Used to provide power for experimental machine operations.
