Specification of microwave moisture meter for whole vehicle
Based on the attenuation of microwave energy and two ultrasonic vehicle width compensation probes, the vehicle width is calculated. Using the ratio of lost microwave energy to vehicle width, the moisture content of the material can be calculated using the Bach computer system software.
Due to the microwave penetration process, the moisture content of the material throughout the width of the vehicle can be measured.
This is not only applicable for measuring the moisture on the surface of materials, but also for measuring the moisture inside materials!
This technology ensures high measurement accuracy and precision, and the color and surface structure of the material, as well as water vapor and dust, will not affect the measurement results.

This wavelength microwave technology is an ultra-low frequency microwave between 800MHZ-3GHZ (which can penetrate high-density and high-quality). We have now upgraded it to dual spectrum technology, which can measure the phenomenon of human malicious water addition. Calculate the percentage content of moisture based on the attenuation of microwave energy generated when microwave penetrates the medium. Water is a polar molecule, and when microwaves of a specific frequency penetrate a material, the O-H bonds of the water molecules inside the material absorb the microwave energy of the specific frequency. Micro emits energy from the microwave emitting probe located on the left side of the truck, penetrates the material on the width of the entire truck, and is received by the microwave receiving probe on the right side of the truck for the remaining microwave energy. At the same time, two ultrasonic probes are added to measure the width of the material on the truck.
