Microwave moisture analyzer uses microwave penetration method to achieve moisture monitoring. When microwaves pass through wet and dry materials, the propagation speed and intensity of microwaves in the propagation direction will change differently. Wet materials will slow down the propagation speed and weaken the intensity of microwaves. The principle of microwave moisture meter measurement is to calculate the moisture content in the material by detecting the changes in these two physical properties of the microwave after passing through the material. The microwave signal is transmitted by the antenna below the conveyor belt, and after passing through the material, it is received by the corresponding antenna above the C-frame. By accurately analyzing the microwave signal passing through the material, the mass fraction of water in the material is derived, and the results are output in real-time and displayed on the LCD screen interface.
