Stainless steel ultra clean workbench

The stainless steel ultra clean workbench has a good appearance, quality assurance, and a hundred level cleanliness effect.
The workbench consists of several major components, including a chassis, high-efficiency filter, variable air volume air supply unit, medium efficiency filter, workbench surface, and anti-static ion. The chassis is made of thin steel plate and has a painted surface. The work area countertop is made of all stainless steel structure and is installed in a movable manner for easy cleaning. The workbench adopts a direct control method, equipped with fan switches, lighting switches, anti-static ion switches, and directly controls the equipment.
working principle
Principle of Purification Workbench: A clean environment is formed by the flow of clean air (filtered air) in a specific direction within a specific space. According to the direction of airflow, existing ultra clean workbenches can be divided into vertical, inward outward, and lateral types. From the perspective of operational quality and environmental impact, vertical design is superior. The clean air provided by the gas supply filter plate descends through the operating area at a specific speed, separates in the middle of the operating area, and is sucked away by the front air suction hole and the rear suction window. The air sucked in from the front and rear parts of the operating area is mixed together and pumped into the rear positive pressure area by the blower. In the upper part of the machine, 30% of the gas is discharged from the top through the exhaust filter plate, and about 70% of the gas enters the operating area again through the oxygen supply filter plate. To supplement the air discharged from the exhaust port, the same volume of air is replenished from the room air through the operating port. These air will never enter the operating area, they just form an air barrier.
Usage and Operation
After installing the workbench, please double check if all parts are normal and undamaged. Before preparing to start up, please thoroughly clean it with alcohol or other substances.
2. Check if the power plug is securely inserted into the power outlet.
3. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light of the controller will light up, and press the speed increase/decrease button of the fan to start the fan operation;
4. Please do not place items in or above the air intake to avoid affecting the performance of the product due to reduced air intake.
When the resistance of the high-efficiency filter is greater than 200Pa or less than 0.3m/s, the high-efficiency filter should be replaced.
