Performance Characteristics

1. The steam rotary sterilization kettle is based on the steam sterilization kettle with the addition of a rotating device. Its characteristics are the same as the steam sterilization kettle, and cooling is required during the heating and sterilization stages;

2. When rotating for heating, heat penetrates into the product at the fastest speed to ensure the desired sterilization effect and achieve the required Fo value as quickly as possible;

3. Adopting an external towing wheel to support the rotating body, the supporting wheel is integrated with the cylinder support, and the force on the kettle body with a protective plate is small, extending its service life and making maintenance, repair, and upkeep more convenient;

4. The inner cage adopts forged rolling rings and undergoes processing techniques such as aging treatment to enhance toughness, plasticity, and wear resistance, thereby extending its service life;

5. The internal rotating body is welded and assembled, and processed into a single piece using a machining center for dynamic balancing treatment, ensuring the concentricity between the axis of the rotating body and the rotating body during rotation, and preventing the occurrence of excessive weight during rotation;

6. The food basket compression system adopts cylinder automatic compression, and the entire set of cylinders is made of alloy, which solves various drawbacks such as inaccurate spring reset of the rotating cage cylinder and cylinder sealing deformation and leakage under high temperature and high pressure conditions;

7. By using variable frequency speed regulation, users can adjust the rotation speed of different viscous products at any time, so that the products do not layer or settle;

8. The brake reducer has an automatic positioning function to ensure that the cage is in a horizontal position after stopping, making it easy to connect with other supporting equipment smoothly;

9. The starting time of the rotating device can be freely set by the user according to the characteristics of their own product.

Metal containers: tin cans (Babao Congee, etc.), two pieces of aluminum cans;

Soft bag packaging: aluminum foil bag, high temperature bag (small weight);

Glass container: Not recommended for use;

Plastic containers such as PP bottles are not recommended for use.
