Instructions for Use

1. Before installation:

It is necessary to carefully read the instruction manual to avoid damaging the machine due to improper use. Carefully check whether the selection is correct and whether the actual usage conditions are consistent with the specified usage conditions.

Clean the water tank or waterway to prevent debris from entering the aeration port.

An electrician should use a 0-500V megohmmeter to check that the insulation resistance of the three core wire of the motor main cable to ground is not less than 5 megohms. It is strictly prohibited to use a megohmmeter to check the control cable to avoid damaging the electrical components inside the aerator. Instead, a multimeter should be used to check the control cable.

The voltage must be checked within the range of rated voltage 5 indicated on the nameplate. If the power supply is far away from use, considering line loss, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, the number of joints should be minimized, and the joints should be sealed to prevent water leakage; In addition, considering the convenience of maintenance and repair, it is recommended to set up a terminal box next to the machine.

Equipped with a control cabinet, carefully read its instructions before use, and check whether the equipment wiring is correct, whether the starting device is flexible, whether the contact is good, whether the metal shell of the starting equipment is reliably grounded, and whether all wiring points are loose, and tighten them again.

2. Installation

Fixed wet installation: Using an automatic coupling system, slide down along the guide rail to the base, automatically couple with the water outlet, and seal reliably (see the installation manual for the automatic coupling device for details).

Mobile installation: Supported by the chassis, the chassis can be fixed or not fixed on the foundation according to user needs, and can be powered on to work.

When lifting, the power must be cut off to ensure safety; Strengthen the protection of cables during the lifting process and strictly prohibit cutting or scratching the cables.

The water flow generated by the submersible pump passes through the nozzle to form a high-speed water flow, and negative pressure is formed around the nozzle to suck in air. It mixes with the water flow in the mixing chamber and generates a water gas mixture flow in the horn shaped diffusion tube, which is sprayed out at high speed. The water flow carrying many bubbles vortices and stirs in a large area and depth of water to complete aeration, and its shaft power does not change with the depth of submergence. The intake air volume can be adjusted. Because of this, submersible jet aerators can be applied in pools with significant changes in water level.

Unique function:

Jet aeration, as a method of aeration and oxygenation, is not only used as a bubble diffusion oxygenation device (such as various air diffusion devices in blast aeration), but also cannot be simply regarded as a mechanical aeration equipment. It is an intermediate device that uses the effects of bubble diffusion and hydraulic shear to achieve aeration and mixing. In fact, in the activated sludge wastewater treatment system, due to the usual use of a mixture of wastewater and activated sludge as the working medium, significant mixing occurs in the throat of the jet after inhaling (or pressing) air. This mixing process not only involves turbulent diffusion and energy exchange between gas liquid solid (activated sludge) phases, as well as the transfer of gas liquid solid phases, but also has a more prominent biological effect between the extremely fine bubbles, tiny particles of activated sludge, and organic matter in wastewater (liquid phase) that are "cut" by high-speed and intense turbulence. Therefore, to evaluate the role of jet aeration in activated sludge process, understanding it solely as an aeration and oxygenation device does not fully reflect the entire mechanism of this comprehensive process.
