1、 Brief introduction:
This photo introducesExplosion proof metal tube float flowmeterThe sensor structure in the photo is a vertical bottom in and top out type, and the sensor material is ordinary 304 stainless steel (optional 316, 316L, fluorine lined and other materials). It is powered by 24VDC and outputs 4-20mA. Users can choose the explosion-proof level ExdIICT6 and can also choose to use HART protocol. The sensor structure can be selected from multiple types according to the actual situation on site.
Overview:
Metal tube float flowmeterThe metal tube rotor flowmeter is a commonly used variable area flow measurement instrument in industrial automation process control. It has the characteristics of small size, large detection range, and easy use. It can be used to measure the flow rate of liquids, gases, and vapors, especially suitable for low flow rate and small flow measurement. For many years, metal tube float flowmeters have been widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, steel, electricity, metallurgy, light industry, food, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment due to their excellent performance, reliability, and good cost-effectiveness.
Flow meter type:
TFseriesmetal tube floatA flowmeter consists of a measuring tube (sensor) and an indicator (electronic converter). By selecting different forms of measuring tubes and indicators, it can be assembled into various forms of complete machines to meet the needs of the site.
TFThe series metal tube float flowmeter is divided into 5 types based on the direction of fluid inlet and outlet:Vertical type、horizontal type(divided into horizontal T-shaped, horizontal spring type), bottom in side out typeSide in and side out type、Side in and top out typeAnd each type has standard type, high temperature type, jacket type, etc.
Horizontal installation typeflow meterWhen the caliber is less than DN50 (inclusive), T-shaped structure is selected, and when it is greater than DN50, spring structure is selected.
Flow meter connection specifications: TF series metal tube float flow meter standard model adopts GB/T9119-2000 flange standard, and the flange standard can be made according to customer needs; Threaded connection and clamp connection can also be used.
Indicator selection:
Users can choose from on-site display type, battery powered type, electric remote transmission type, intrinsic safety explosion-proof type, explosion-proof type, or HART protocol type according to their actual needs. The detailed functional descriptions of various indicators are shown in the table below.

When the T character appears on the display screen, the battery should be replaced (battery model ER26500, 3.6V, 7.5AH, -55 ℃~85 ℃). |

Electric remote transmission, inherently safe design, explosion-proof mark Exd Ⅱ CT6, optional HART protocol function.
