Visual DMIS CNC CAD+The software is certified by the German Institute of Physical Technology (PTB),Having the ability to express in both Chinese and English languages, it provides users with technical, functional, stable performance, and easy to operate measurement guarantees.

3.1Visual DMIS CNC CAD+software is built on the Windows platform and is very easy to operate.

3.2Measurement and evaluation of geometric elements: points, lines, planes, circles, ellipses, cylinders, cones, spheres, arcs, keyways, etc. Convenient operation, the operator only needs to decompose the measured workpiece into simple geometric elements to distinguish how many geometric elements make up the measured workpiece, and can quickly complete the measurement.

lConstruction functions: intersection, midpoint, projection, fitting, tangency, parallelism, perpendicularity, translation, offset, mirroring, extraction, rotation, etc.

lShape error assessment: straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity, etc.

lPosition error assessment: distance, angle, parallelism, perpendicularity, inclination, coaxiality (concentricity), symmetry, position (two-dimensional and three-dimensional), circular runout, total runout, etc.

Visual DMIS CNC CAD+is easy to measure and evaluate construction and positional errors, with very fast calculation speed. It can be completed by simply dragging and dropping the measured geometric elements. If two circular elements are fitted into a line or the parallelism of two line elements is calculated, the operator only needs to drag and drop the measured two circular elements into the fitting box to form a line element. To evaluate the parallelism, the operator only needs to drag and drop the measured two line elements into the parallelism window to quickly display the measurement results and output the measurement result report.

lMeasurement and evaluation of curves and surfaces. The powerful curve and surface measurement function can perform error analysis on surfaces and curves through unilateral or bilateral tolerances.

By clicking or dragging with the mouse, the conversion between each coordinate system or measuring head can be achieved.
