●Product Features:
The skewed NC feeder adopts a dual axis alternating feeding method, which realizes the movement of materials in a two-dimensional plane, enabling the circular cutting position of the disc to achieve circular mutual cutting, achieving effective and fast disc cutting processing, and greatly improving the utilization rate of materials.
1. This machine can perform multiple displacements based on the diameter of the wafer during cutting, ensuring circular cutting and maximizing material utilization. If the size of the wafer during cutting is not the same, the arrangement angle can be automatically calculated to ensure material savings.
2. Adopting a Mitsubishi PLC control system to control two sets of Yaskawa servo motors, one servo motor system is connected to the feeding drum with synchronous pulleys to achieve precise control of the feeding drum; Another set of servo motor system is connected to the Taiwan Shangyin Precision Roller Screw with synchronous pulleys to achieve precise left and right movement. During the continuous stamping process, the small distance between edges can be set within 0.5mm, and the feeding error can be controlled within ± 0.08mm to meet increasingly high processing requirements.
3. Simplified operation and high degree of automation. Simply input the width of the material, the diameter of the required cutting circle, and the feeding step distance on the touch screen, and the control system will automatically calculate the distance of movement and feeding without adjusting any mechanical mechanism, truly achieving fully automated operation and use.
