The testing machine adopts a frame structure of welded steel plates as a whole, with a single output rod double acting oil cylinder applying test force through a two pull rod force frame. The test specimens are manually connected through a pyramid scheme, and high-precision load sensors measure the force. According to the specifications and length of the specimens, the tensile space of the pull head body can be adjusted step by step. The computer screen displays the test force and test curve, and automatically processes the test data according to the requirements of the test method. This machine is mainly suitable for tensile testing of steel wire ropes, rigging, lifting belts, cables, car seat belts, and flexible parts with metal buckles.
