The TH-8215S automatic four point bending test machine for photovoltaic cells/modules is designed based on the rapid development of the photovoltaic new energy industry. The precision requirements for measurement technology of photovoltaic cells are constantly increasing, and the requirements for the practicality, convenience, integration, and intelligence of detection equipment are becoming more and more demanding. Therefore, our company has upgraded the new generation of products to test product performance with unique requirements. The new generation of products integrates the concept of humanized design and adopts a box structure with a beautiful appearance. All electrical accessories and components are made of well-known brand products, with precise control. The battery cells and back glass are automatically clamped, and the testing time is fast. Real time monitoring and recording are carried out, and all tests are automatically completed through electrical intelligent control throughout the process. It has the advantages of reliable quality, convenient operation, and labor-saving, greatly improving testing efficiency. It directly generates test reports for different testing requirements, stores individual independent data, and uses previous batch and multiple group searches to provide customers with reliable and accurate data sources for better quality management, bringing customers a convenient and fast new testing experience.
