The TH type chain hoist is suitable for vertical transportation of various bulk materials, such as coal, cement, crushed stone, sand, fertilizers, grains, etc., with a material temperature below 250 ℃, a bulk density of less than 1.5t/m3, and easy to remove powder, granular, and small block materials. The TH type circular chain bucket elevator adopts hybrid or gravity unloading, digging type loading, and high-quality alloy steel high circular chain for traction components. The middle casing of the hoist is divided into two forms: single channel and double channel. The internal heavy hammer box is automatically tensioned with constant force, and the sprocket adopts a replaceable wheel flange combination structure. The TH type ring chain hoist has a long service life, and the wheel flange replacement is easy. The lower part adopts a gravity automatic tensioning device, which can maintain a constant tension force, avoid slipping or chain detachment. At the same time, the hopper has a certain tolerance when encountering accidental factors causing jamming, which can effectively protect the lower shaft and other components. This machine is equipped with two types of hoppers: ZH type (medium deep hopper), which is generally suitable for conveying wet, easily clumped, and difficult to throw materials, such as wet sand, molding sand, fertilizers, alkali fertilizers, alkali powders, etc. SH type (deep hopper) is generally suitable for conveying dry, loose and easily thrown materials, such as cement, crushed stone, coal blocks, etc. The maximum conveying capacity of this machine is 365m3/h, and the lifting height is 50m.
