3、 Equipment testing and principle introduction
Principle:
Gravel or other media are placed in the feeding hopper, and the vibrating feeding device in the hopper sends the material to the feeding chute. The vacuum generated by the high-speed air below causes the medium to fall into the feeding chute. The medium is sucked into the nozzle and emitted onto the sample by the air injector. The medium collided with the sample and fell into the gravel box.
Experiment:
The test object is the radiator core part, which is sprayed continuously, usually only once.
The hardness of the quenched steel shot is 61HRC~65HRC, with sharp edges and an average diameter of 4mm~5m.
The specific experimental parameters are specified in Table 11.

4、 Working conditions and venue requirements
Working conditions:
1. Operating temperature: room temperature
2. Power supply: AC/single-phase 220V ± 15%/50Hz
3. Compressed air pressure: 0.4MPa~0.8MPa (user can customize, higher pressure can also be customized to meet testing conditions)
Venue requirements:
1. The ground is flat and well ventilated
2. Free from flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and dust
3. There is no strong electromagnetic radiation source nearby
4. Ground bearing capacity of the venue: not less than 300kg/m2
Electrical requirements
1. The equipment design conforms to the principle of human-machine interaction, with convenient and safe operation, and overall firmness and reliability;
2. The equipment is equipped with a power cut-off valve to ensure that there is no danger during maintenance;
3. The operation control system is placed in a location that is convenient for the operator to operate and observe. The device must be equipped with an emergency stop button
4. The equipment should have good and comprehensive safety protection measures, and the rotating parts, dangerous components, and dangerous parts on the equipment should have protective devices and safety signs;

8、 Installation, debugging, training, and acceptance
1. After the goods arrive at the demand side, both parties shall jointly confirm the integrity of the goods. The supplier shall deliver the equipment to the designated location for installation and commissioning according to the demand side's requirements.
2. The supplier shall provide free training for the relevant personnel of the demander. The content includes the normal use, maintenance, fault analysis and troubleshooting, operational safety, and emergency handling procedures of the equipment.
3. Equipment acceptance: After receiving the equipment, the purchaser shall conduct acceptance according to the technical agreement signed by both parties. The equipment acceptance shall meet the standard requirements and achieve normal performance before completion. Both parties shall issue an acceptance report.
9、 After sales warranty period and service
1. The quality assurance period borne by the supplier for its equipment is 12 months, calculated from the date of acceptance or deemed acceptance.
2. During the warranty period, if any quality problems occur with the supplied equipment within the operating procedures (except for reasons caused by Party A or force majeure), the supplier shall be responsible for free maintenance of the equipment until the end of the warranty period.
3. After the warranty period, Party B shall still be responsible for repairing and maintaining the equipment, but only reasonable working hours and transportation expenses shall be charged. For the replacement and purchase of equipment related accessories, Party B shall only charge the cost of the accessories.
