Introduction to Thermal Conductivity Tester:The thermal conductivity tester mainly tests the thermal conductivity of thin thermal conductors, silicone, silicone rubber, solid electrical insulation materials, thermal conductive silicone, thermal conductive resins, beryllium oxide ceramics, ceramic substrates, ceramic substrates, other aluminum substrates, aluminum substrates, alumina ceramics and other ceramics. The detection material is a solid sheet, and with a surrounding frame, it can detect powder and paste materials.
Reference standard: MIL-I-49456A (insulation sheet, thermal conductive resin, thermal conductive fiberglass reinforcement); GB 5598-85 (Method for determination of thermal conductivity of beryllium oxide ceramics); ASTM D5470-2006 (Test Standard for Heat Transfer Properties of Thin Thermal Conductive Solid Electrical Insulation Materials), etc. Widely used in material analysis and testing in universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and production plants.
