Introduction to Thermal Conductivity Tester:

The thermal conductivity tester mainly tests the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductors, solid electrical insulation materials, thermal conductive silicone grease, resins, rubber, beryllium oxide ceramics, alumina ceramics and other materials, as well as the contact thermal resistance and thermal conductivity of materials at solid interfaces. The detection material is a solid sheet, and with a surrounding frame, it can detect powder and paste materials.

Reference standard: MIL-I-49456A (insulation sheet, thermal conductive resin, thermal conductive fiberglass reinforcement); GB 5598-85 (Method for determination of thermal conductivity of beryllium oxide ceramics); ASTM D5470-2006 (Test Standard for Heat Transfer Properties of Thin Thermal Conductive Solid Electrical Insulation Materials), etc.
Product features:
Equipped with automatic pressure and thickness measurement devices, and connected to a computer for fully automatic control. The instrument adopts 6-point temperature gradient detection, which improves the testing accuracy. It can detect thermal resistance curves under different pressures, use optimized mathematical models, and measure multiple parameters such as material thermal conductivity, thermal resistance, and contact thermal resistance at interfaces.
