The GR-200 series thermoluminescence neutron dosimeter belongs to passive solid-state integral detectors. Its characteristics are small size (high spatial resolution), effective atomic number close to air and human tissue, no interference from electromagnetic radiation, wide measurement range, low measurable lower limit, good reproducibility, and pulse radiation field that can measure high dose rates.
