Thick walled corrugated pipes (thick walled carbon steel corrugated pipes) are mainly used to compensate for the axial displacement of equipment itself

Working temperature: -50 ℃ -420 ℃
Nominal diameter: 150mm to 2000mm.

5、 Installation precautions

1. The chloride ion content of the medium used is ≤ 25PPM.
2. It is strictly prohibited for welding slag to splash and damage the corrugated pipe.
3. It must be installed according to the product flow direction mark.
4. The two ends of the corrugated pipe must be reasonably equipped with guide supports and fixed supports. (See "Setting of support for corrugated compensator piping system" for details)
5. It is not allowed to use the deformation of the corrugated compensator to forcibly adjust the installation error of the piping system position.
6. Do not use installation rods or limit rods for lifting.
7. After installation, the transport rod and the limit rod with yellow markings should be removed.
