The explosion-proof performance of the chemical explosion-proof thermocouples and thermal resistance products produced by our factory is designed and manufactured according to the national standard of "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments". The thermoelectric characteristics comply with IEC standards and have been tested and qualified by the National Instrument Explosion proof Safety Supervision Station The structure, principle, and assembly method of explosion-proof thermocouples and thermal resistors are basically the same. The main difference is that the explosion-proof product junction box (housing) is designed with high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting, and has sufficient internal space, wall thickness, and mechanical strength. The thermal stability of the rubber sealing ring meets national explosion-proof standards. So when the explosive gas mixture inside the junction box explodes, its internal pressure will not damage the junction box, and the resulting heat energy cannot diffuse outward - the explosion cannot be transmitted. As long as users strictly follow the product usage rules, the product can achieve reliable explosion-proof effect. |

| :working principle |
| Explosion proof thermocouple utilizes the principle of gap explosion-proof to design junction boxes and other components with sufficient strength. All components that can generate sparks, arcs, and dangerous temperatures are sealed inside the junction box cavity. When an explosion occurs inside the cavity, it can be extinguished and cooled through the gap between the joint surfaces, preventing the flame and temperature after the explosion from being transmitted outside the cavity, thus achieving explosion-proof. |
