Product Introduction:
Time resolved cathodoluminescence imaging module LAB Cube

The Time resolved cathodoluminescence imaging LAB Cube was jointly developed by Delmic and partners and commercially launched on the market

The LAB Cube is currently the only commercial product capable of performing secondary correlation imaging (g (2) image) on samples excited by continuous electron beams. Time resolution module LABCube has powerful functions, allowing researchers to directly observe photon bundling/antibundling phenomena, single photon emission, and photon lifetime determination.

LAB Cube is an integrated module that is plug and play for users. Installation is very simple: the light is split from the cathode emitting system SPARC to the sh time-resolved module through a fiber coupler module, without any modification to the electron microscope (using existing continuous electron beams). As shown in the figure below, the LAB Cube contains a beam splitter (BS) and two ultrafast single photon detectors (SPDs). The fiber coupler module transmits light to the LAB Cube, and the delay of the two SPDs is read out by a time correlator to obtain time resolution through statistical data.

In addition to the secondary correlation g (2), the combination of LAB Cube and pulsed electrons is also an excellent application for deck track imaging.

The temporal dynamics of cathodoluminescence play an important role in many application fields. This includes research on single photon emitters for optoelectronic semiconductors and for quantum information processing and sensing.
