This product is used for electrical products that may experience insulation leakage between charged parts of different polarities or between charged parts and grounded metal parts under the influence of humidity and impurities. The resulting arc can cause breakdown and short circuit of the electrical appliance, or cause material corrosion due to discharge, and even lead to fire. This test instrument is a destructive test conducted on insulation materials to simulate the above situation, used to test and evaluate the relative resistance of insulators to leakage and trace under the action of electric field and impurity water at a specified voltage. Solid electrical insulation materials and products suitable for electrical and electronic products, household appliances, such as relay sockets, transfer switch covers, contactor bodies, etc.

1) Internal volume of the box: ≥ 0.5 cubic meters, with a glass observation door
2) Electrical load: The test voltage can be adjusted between 100~600V, and when the short-circuit current is 1A 0.1A, the voltage drop should not exceed 10%. When the short-circuit leakage current in the test circuit is equal to or greater than 0.5A, the time should be maintained for 2 seconds, and the relay will act to cut off the current, indicating that the test sample is unqualified.
3) Two pole force on the sample: Using a rectangular platinum plated electrode, the two pole forces on the sample are 1.0N0.05N respectively
4) Dropping device: The droplet height can be adjusted from 30mm to 40mm, and the droplet size is 44-50 drops/m3
