This testing instrument is mainly used for electronic and electrical components or parts that may reach excessively high temperatures or ignite nearby parts under fault or overload conditions. The hot wire test simulates the thermal stress caused by heat sources or ignition sources such as hot elements or overloaded resistors in a short period of time, and evaluates the fire hazard using simulation technology. It is suitable for plastic and non-metallic insulation material parts used in electrical and electronic products, components, and household appliance components, such as switch housings, relay sockets, etc.
