IIFunctional Area Introduction:
1Radiation system (simulated sunlight):
Light source: 8 imported ultraviolet fluorescent lamps (ATLAS, USA) with a rated power of 40W, available in UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources for users to choose from.
2. Condensation system (simulated dew):
The QUV condensation system essentially involves the evaporation of water vapor confined within the experimental chamber by the sample plate. The air on the back of the sample plate lowers the temperature of the water vapor, causing it to condense on the sample plate.
3. Sprinkler system (simulating rainwater):
The QUV sprinkler system consists of a high-power water pump, 8 nozzles (4 on each side), connecting pipes, control valves, and drainage parts. The nozzle is installed between the lamp tubes, and in the spray cycle, water is sprayed onto the sample to produce thermal shock or erosion effects.
4. Suneye (radiometer) system:
Changes in light intensity can affect the rate of material aging, while differences in spectra may simultaneously affect both the rate and type of material aging. Accurate and reproducible test results can only be obtained by controlling irradiance through the solar eye system.
The solar eye system is a precise closed-loop control system that can automatically maintain the set light intensity through a feedback loop. The controller can continuously monitor the intensity of ultraviolet light and compensate for changes in light intensity caused by lamp aging or any other factors by adjusting the output of the lamp. The reproducibility and repeatability of the test results of the solar eye irradiance control system are better than those of manual irradiance control, and can effectively extend the life of the lamp tube.
