HGM seriesUltra fine powder grinding machineIt is a professional grinding machine for processing fine powder, micro powder, and ultrafine powder, commonly known as three ring mill, three ring micro powder mill, medium speed mill, and three ring milling machine. It is mainly suitable for non flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium to low hardness and Mohs hardness ≤ 6, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, zeolite, diatomaceous earth, barite, gypsum, pigment, clay, alum, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice and hundreds of other materials. The fineness of the discharged products can be adjusted within the range of 325-2500 mesh.
The HGM three ring milling machine is a ultrafine powder milling machine developed based on years of research and development of industrial milling machines, introducing advanced industrial milling technology, and through careful design, testing, and improvement by milling technology experts and engineering personnel. This machine overcomes the shortcomings of traditional industrial Raymond mills in terms of applicability, output, fineness, energy consumption, and service life. It is an ideal substitute for traditional grinding machines such as Raymond mills and ball mills, and is widely used in China's metallurgy, power, chemical, steel, building materials, coal and other industries.
Characteristics of the Three Ring Grinding Machine:
1. Low investment cost. At the same fineness, it requires less input, lower cost, and shorter recovery cycle compared to air flow mills;
2. Under the same fineness and power consumption of finished products, the output is more than 45% higher than that of air flow mills and stirred mills;

The HGM series ultrafine powder grinding machine consists of a grinding machine host, a powder selector, a powder collector, a dust collector, a fan, a muffler, a soundproof room, a crusher, a hoist, a material bin, a feeder, and other parts.
Working Principle:
After being crushed into small particles by the crusher, the large materials are fed into the material bin by the elevator, and then evenly sent to the bulk tray on the upper part of the turntable through the feeder and inclined guide pipe. When the grinding machine is working, the grinding rollers rotate and roll in the ring. The material disperses towards the periphery under centrifugal action and falls into the grinding chamber, where it is pressed, rolled, and ground by the grinding rollers in the ring.
With the continuous suction of air inside the equipment by the high-pressure fan, the material after multiple layers of crushing is brought into the powder selection machine. The high-speed rotating impeller screens it, and the unqualified material falls back and grinds again. The qualified material enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow, and the denser dust particles fall down and are discharged by the bottom discharge valve as finished products. The finer dust with lower density enters the dust collector with the airflow and adheres to the surface of the filter bag. The pulse valve controls the high-pressure airflow to instantly spray from inside the filter bag, and the dust adhering to it falls down due to the shaking of the filter bag. The conveyor at the bottom sends out the collected materials from two places for finished product packaging.
