Storage essentials:
1. Before storing items, run the container empty. After entering a stable operating state (about 12 hours), wait for the container to cool sufficiently before placing refrigerated items.
2. Items or other products that can be placed in the box at once should not be squeezed too much, and there should be appropriate gaps to facilitate the circulation of cold air inside the box.
3. The refrigeration system of the low-temperature storage box is used to maintain ultra-low temperature, not a rapid freezing device. If large capacity (high moisture content substances) need to be stored, they should be pre cooled in another quick freezing device before being stored in the system to avoid the refrigeration system not stopping for a long time.
4. When the initial storage capacity is large, a gradual temperature reduction setting should be adopted, with each step cooling by 10 ℃ and holding for 7-10 hours until the storage temperature is reached.
5. Low temperature storage boxes are used to store general biological products, and they are not quick cooling devices. High moisture content substances are cooled before refrigeration.
6. When storing plastic bag products, be careful not to get close to metal edges to avoid scratching the plastic bag.
