Measurement principle:
The non-contact laser measuring instrument generates a linear beam of light from a dedicated laser, which is projected onto the target to be measured at a certain angle. Due to the height difference between the target to be measured and the substrate, there is a corresponding intermittent drop between the observed target and the laser beam on the substrate.
