The shell is sealed as a whole, and the cover plate and furnace door are sealed with high-temperature silicone O-rings, which are suitable for high concentration gas protection experiments or vacuum high-temperature experiments, achieving multi-purpose functions for one furnace. The furnace mouth is designed with a water cooling device, equipped with a double headed valve inlet, protective cover, gas flow meter, silicone tube, single headed valve outlet, protective cover, and vacuum pressure gauge. Start the vacuum pump directly for vacuum quenching, stop vacuuming when the pressure reaches the specified pressure, and close the vacuum valve. For atmosphere protection or gas nitriding and carburizing processes, nitrogen atoms, carbon atoms, and inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, or other gases can be directly introduced. It can prevent surface oxidation, deformation, and decarburization of high-temperature heated workpieces, and is used for gas shielded high-temperature annealing, vacuum quenching, and other heat treatment processes.
